Crucify

Make me fall a thousand times
To cope with insanity;
One more time I pour the impurity down the drain,
Infinite seems forever, turned from red to blue;
Instant twitching merged from my soul,
A cough strung across my throat
With variants of liquid music,
Licking my tongue clean,
With soap, water and vanity.

In an Avalon field I sew,
Naked figurines dreams, in tangerine tapestry;
Marking their place with sandpaper hands,
Spotlights that line their faces, like inherited beauty,
Drawn forth by your parents dream;
Market your worth to confide in God,
Only a prayer can save the light of intention.

A creation in invention,
Brought forth by those who dwell in winter;
Mannequins carved of steel,
Centered by the misery that hides in heaven,
We all possess power,
Jilted by divine mercy, crucified by untainted glory;
You shine in dark corners,
Without showing your light,
The wretched can create wonders only the so called blind can see.
