Siren

With laden tides that crash, so gentle;
I weep in silence for distraught tenderness;
On wicked whims that taste of bitterness,
She answers only to the starlit negatives;
I beseech your kind with poison tips--
Anchored ever slowly on queens mercy;
Sing with bellowed voices;
On sirens shores that listen closely,
She lays down on moonlit waters,
Only to feel vanity's pull.
