Sleeping Sun

Tonight I whisper--
In vacant mindset, you near me;
Ashen shields become our vision;
Focus all your energy within my soul,
Possessing my intricate ambiance,
In a second of pure passion,
I surrender.

Like a rainstorm carved from stone,
You descend in an invasive manner,
Indulging in all my sanity,
Transcend in my tribulation,
With the sweet caress of uncertainty,
You become my proverbial strength.

Interstellar radiance,
Beckons my absorption,
Honesty is a spectrum away from magnetism,
Blanketed in an aura of safety,
Your perception becomes my sight,
In melancholy breaths you hold my heart.

Tonight the sun will sleep,
In the cradle of unworldly beauty,
As the desolation deceives,
We contrive in a passive fabrication of unknown divulgence,
Tonight we sacrifice the insistency,
As we rise with the twilight,
We careen in the womb of the sleeping sun.
